30-day satisfaction Guarantee! If you are not pleased with your product, contact us within 30 days and we will give you a refund.

If a product is found to be faulty or broken upon delivery, the buyer can either request an exchange of product, or request a refund. This must be completed as soon as the product arrives.

Shipping costs are to be paid by US, unless product is broken and refunds will only be granted when it has been found the product is either faulty or broken from the factory or through delivery.

As mentioned on the shipping page, refunds will not be granted if you're unhappy with shipping times. Please e-mail support@dreammoonlamps.com to get an estimated shipping time before purchasing. 

For any products requiring electricity, please ensure that plugs are compatible with your country of residence. Please also ensure any products you purchase are suitable and compatible for their purpose (e.g. a wireless charger with a phone). Refunds will not be granted if the buyer purchased an incompatible item. 

Dream Moon Lamps reserves the right to not process an order if shipping times are long and/or costs are high (don't worry though, you'll get a full refund).
